Let's get that BREAD!

Nutana's Cauliflower bread! I LOVE bread, but why have a tiny piece of happiness which would lead to you not being able to have enough carbs left throughout the day. Eating with PCOS you have to get creative to be able to enjoy certain comfort food.


  1. 1 head of cauliflower, riced, moisture drained.

  2. 4 eggs

  3. 2 tbsp coconut flour

  4. 2 tbsp almond flour

  5. 1 tbsp flax meal

  6. 1 tbsp garlic powder

  7. 1 tsp pink salt

  8. 1 tsp chia seeds

  9. 1/2 tsp baking powder

  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper

  11. 1/2 tsp parsley

  12. 1/2 tsp basil


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Squeezed water out, and microwave or steam riced cauliflower

  3. Whisk the eggs and mix in all dry ingredients, add cauliflower until a dough forms

  4. Pour into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper, bake for 45 minutes or until risen and dry in the middle (test with a toothpick).
