Zucchini bread


516 g of grated zucchini ( after water drained)

1 cup almond flour 

2 eggs

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika 

1 tsp himalayan pink salt


Preheat oven to 350

Grate zucchini, use cheese cloth or towel, drain excess water. 

Mix almond flour, black pepper, smoked paprika, himalayan pink salt.

Add zucchini to almond flour mixture, add eggs, and mix. 

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper

Bake for approximately 20mins, until it starts to brown

Let cool then cut.
