With PCOS we are at greater risk for Heart disease, among other health issues that is why we need to avoid fried foods. Fish is really good for a person with PCOS, thus if you want to enjoy deep-fried foods, it must be an occasional treat.

The fish was battered with gluten-free flour and fried in olive oil.
