GF, VEGAN BANANA BREAD


Ingredients:

7 ripe bananas 425g earth balance 300g coconut sugar 425 GF flour

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tbsp nutmeg

1 tbsp orange extract

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1/8 cup flaxseed

1/8 cup chiaseed

1/8 cup chopped walnut



Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix butter and sugar

  3. Blend Bananas

  4. Add vanilla, orange, cinnamon, nutmeg to butter and sugar

  5. Add bananas, flaxseeds, chia seeds, mix properly

  6. Slowly flour and mix

  7. Add parchment paper-lined loaf pan and walnuts on top.

  8. Bake for an hour.
