In keeping with easter traditions, I developed a recipe for cross buns. Introducing Nutana's Gluten-free, low-carb cross buns.

Nutana's low carb hot cross buns
Ingredients:
4 eggs
40g Almond Flour
40g Coconut Flour
30g Psyllium husk
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
30g raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp himalyan pink salt
200ml hot water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all dry ingredients
Add eggs and mix
Add water and mix
Roll into 10 buns
Bake for 15-20mins.
