EASTER SEASON = HOT CROSS BUNS

In keeping with easter traditions, I developed a recipe for cross buns. Introducing Nutana's Gluten-free, low-carb cross buns.

Nutana's low carb hot cross buns

Ingredients:

  1. 4 eggs

  2. 40g Almond Flour

  3. 40g Coconut Flour

  4. 30g Psyllium husk

  5. 1 tsp baking powder

  6. 2 tbsp coconut sugar

  7. 30g raisins

  8. 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  9. 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  10. 1/2 tsp himalyan pink salt

  11. 200ml hot water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix all dry ingredients

  3. Add eggs and mix

  4. Add water and mix

  5. Roll into 10 buns

  6. Bake for 15-20mins.
