Beet chips! I love chips, who doesn't? So, I decided to make beet chips. Literally the easiest, just peel the beet, slice it up, put it on a non-stick tray, sprinkle salt and pepper( and any other seasoning you wish) Let it bake for 30 mins at 350, turn the oven off and let sit.
