Chilli


Made with ground chicken, filled with wholesome ingredients and makes approximately 24 servings. This is great to make when you're meal prepping, filled with protein and if you add cheese (added protein and no carbs) makes eating with PCOS a breeze!


Ingredients:

900g Ground chicken

339g small red kidney beans

796ml diced tomatoes

309g Roma tomatoes

242g carrot

150g celery 131g onion

2.5 cups corn

76g Jalapenos

13g minced garlic

1 tbsp Cumin

1 tbsp All spice

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tbsp cayenne

1 tbsp black pepper

1 tbsp pink salt

1 tbsp olive oil



Directions:

  1. Heat pot, add oil and spices

  2. Add onions, garlic, and jalapenos

  3. Add ground chicken, stir properly, cover and let cook

  4. Add carrots and celery, cover and let simmer

  5. Transfer to a slow-cooker and add beans, corn and tomatoes, leave on high for 20mins
