Let's take it back to the holidays, Christmas, a time for family, and nostalgic joys, though this year has been different, everyone interacting virtually in an effort to keep each other safe. Most importantly, as you won't overeat, don't under eat!

After Christmas brunch, I had a bit of cake then it was Christmas dinner, skipping meals aren't good but you have to listen to your body, what are you truly hungry for? Sometimes you'll see it's not food at all. Don't always have to have three huge meals.
