Big Breakfast Inpso!


Breakfast, in my opinion, the most important meal of the day, also happens to be my favourite. I find by having a big breakfast (filled with protein, and superfoods loaded with antioxidants) it keeps you full, energized for whatever your day throws at you. See below for the recipe.

Ingredients: 2 Eggs

3 White Mushrooms 1 cup of spinach 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes 1/2 scotch bonnet 15g red onions 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella 2 chicken weiners Pink Salt Black pepper Directions: Cook weiners then sautee onions and scotch bonnet. Add mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, then add whisked eggs when cooked to your satisfaction, add cheese.
