This I love, seafood and pasta (well I'm a food enthusiast , so I LOVE FOOD). Having PCOS, prevents you from over indulging in certain foods, like normal pasta, meaning to feel satisfied that you are having "pasta" you have to get creative. Sometimes I use Shirataki noodles, cucumber noodles, but my go-to is zucchini noodles (zoodles). With that being said, i'll do a full post on pasta and noodles in the very near future, but for now, introducing, Nutana's SEAFOOD medley pasta.
