Started my day off with a huge and filling breakfast.

⅓ cup egg whites
45g white mushrooms
51g cherry tomatoes
39g red bell pepper
22g red onion
1 slice of Ezekiel sesame bread
1 tbsp No sugar added wild blueberry jam
AND I HAD OOLONG TEA!
