Pizza O' Clock

Every pizza could be a personal pizza! Pizza is a classic comfort food, eating with PCOS lead me to using my good friend cauliflower, here is Nutana's cauliflower crust pizza.


  1. 1 head cauliflower

  2. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

  3. 1/4 cup grated parmesan

  4. 1/2 tsp pink salt

  5. 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  6. 1/4 tsp basil

  7. 1/4 tsp oregano

  8. 1/4 tsp basil

  9. 1/4 tsp parsley

  10. 2 eggs, beaten


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, line baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Break cauliflower into florets, and pulse in a food processor until fine. Use cheese cloth or towel to get all the moisture out

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower, with mozzarella, parmesan, pink salt, garlic powder, basil, oregano, basil, parsley and eggs

  4. Transfer to the centre of the baking sheet and spread into a circle, resembling a pizza crust. Bake for 20 minutes

  5. Add desired sauce and toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
