CURRIED PANEER AND CAULIFLOWER

I marinate my paneer overnight with my mum’s green seasoning and a bit of turmeric.

This recipe makes 6 servings.

Ingredients:

  1. 14oz Paneer

  2. 450g frozen cauliflower

  3. 2 tsp olive oil

  4. 1 tbsp green seasoning

  5. 1 tsp tumeric

  6. 1 tsp ginger

  7. 1 tsp garam masala

  8. 1 tsp cumin

  9. 1 tsp mustard seed

Directions:

  1. Heat wok, add oil then spices

  2. Add paneer, stir to ensure paneer is thoroughly covered in spices

  3. Cover let cook

  4. Add water if need be

  5. Add cauliflower, stir, cover and let cook

  6. remove lid, and let dry.
