When dining out, it is always extremely tempting to go crazy and get less healthy options! PRO TIP: share an appetizer, get a grilled seafood dish (usually less calories) in addition to that, ask to swap high carb food with more veggies (still get enough carbs with the added bonus of micros), and have tea for dessert but if you are really tempted for a "real" dessert SHARE (after all sharing is caring).
