Patio brunch season!

Crab Eggs Benedict from Le Papillon. I love brunch, my favourite breakfast item is anything with eggs! So naturally, I pick dishes with multiple protein sources. Following the 80/20 principle, it's okay to have a bite of your brunch buddy's carbohydrate filled dish!

Two poached eggs, toasted English muffins, crab meat and Hollandaise sauce.

Garden Salad.

Frites.
