Nutana’s oat and banana bar

Great for a snack when you're on a go, for entertaining as a dessert!

Ingredients:

  1. 4 ripe bananas

  2. 2 cups of rolled oats

  3. 1/4 cup flax meal

  4. 1 tbsp psyllium husk

  5. 1 tsp cinnamon

  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  7. 1 tsp chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mash ripe bananas

  3. Combine dry ingredients

  4. Then mix with bananas

  5. Line rectangular pan with parchment paper

  6. Evenly spread out mixture

  7. Bake for 15 mins.
