Discovered the cutest Lebanese brunch spot. I got poached eggs on Halloumi topped with a lemon and yogurt sauce. It was served with avocado, an arugula salad, coriander potatoes, and spicy lamb sausage. We also got hummus (not pictured), and fruity drinks. Eating with PCOS, all comes down to how you balance everything, follow the 80/20 rule. Be kind to yourself, it's okay to not always be perfect, it is okay. once you don't let one carb heavy meal turn into a binge. Once you get your exercise in, keep putting effort in, and NEVER QUIT!
